Poetic Justice for All

Superstar Janet Jackson shines in her captivating film debut, starring in director John Singleton's (known for Boyz N the Hood) street-savvy romantic drama, POETIC JUSTICE. The film revolves around a mismatched duo who embark on a road trip from South Central Los Angeles to Oakland. The main characters, Justice (played by Jackson) and Lucky (portrayed by Tupac Shakur), have one glaring similarity: they harbor a mutual dislike for one another.

As they journey together, their friends Iesha and Chicago, played by Regina King and Joe Torry, create a lively backdrop in the van, filled with bickering and reconciliation.
